Day 1: Arrive Zanzibar, transfer Kizimkazi
Meet on arrival and transfer south to Kizimkazi (roughly one hour). Afternoon at leisure, sunset on the south-coast beach, briefing for the following morning.

Day 2: Kizimkazi dolphin morning, transfer east
First-light boat departure for the dolphin encounter (two to three hours on the water). Return, breakfast, and transfer east to Paje or Jambiani. Afternoon on the beach.

Day 3: East coast, kitesurfing or free day
Optional beginner kitesurfing lesson at Paje (Paje is one of the world's better learner spots). Alternatively, a free day on the beach and a sunset walk to the seaweed farms.

Day 4: Village bicycle tour, beach
Morning bicycle tour through the inland villages behind Jambiani with a local guide. Afternoon on the beach.

Day 5: Spice plantation, transfer Stone Town
Morning transfer north via a working spice plantation with a Swahili village lunch. Arrive Stone Town by mid-afternoon; free walk before sunset and dinner at Forodhani Gardens.
