Day 1: Arrive Zanzibar
Meet on arrival at Zanzibar International Airport. Transfer to the east-coast property (roughly 90 minutes, depending on traffic). Welcome dinner at the lodge and an early night.

A free day. Optional: half-day snorkelling at Mnemba Atoll (roughly USD 80 pp), spice farm tour, or kitesurfing lesson at nearby Paje. Sunset on the beach.

Day 3: Beach & optional Stone Town
Second free day. Optional: day trip into Stone Town for the walking tour (Old Fort, House of Wonders, Anglican Cathedral, spice market) and a sunset dhow cruise from Forodhani Gardens. Return to the beach for dinner.
